Based on the category and subcategory that you choose when listing an item a recommended starting bid and reserve price will be automatically populated for the item. Other Helpful Tips: Think with imagination about the item. Example: if you thought it belonged in Pants it could fit better under Outfits (i.e. if it is a pants/jacket set). Look at several possible categories. Search for items on SizeXchange.com that are close to yours and take note of which categories they are listed in. Try several key words. Search to find particular active categories. Make sure your category is specific to your item. This helps potential grabbers to find your item and determines what the automatic starting bid is going to be for that particular item.
