What if I can't reach my 'Grabber'?

There could be any number of legitimate reasons why your Grabber has been
unable to respond to your emails (i.e. emergencies, illnesses, or
computer problems). If your Grabber has a record of consistent positive
feedback, be patient. Chances are, they may simply be delayed due to
unavoidable circumstances. However, if you still don't hear from them
you have the option of requesting their phone number, by emailing disputes@sizexchange.com, which may help facilitate the communication process.
