QuestionIcon Question: What happens in the event that my 'Grabber' wont pay
AnswerIcon Answer: Firstly, make sure you have made contact with them within the first 4 days of transaction close date and have sent at least on payment reminder after 5 days but no more than 30 days from the date of the Xchange close.

Once these steps have been taken you can then email a Non-Payment Complaint to disputes@sizexchange.com. This can be done anywhere between 7 and 45 days after the end of an transaction.

Be sure to include your user name, the defaulting bidders user name, and all the relevant details of your correspondence with them.

Once we have received the complaint we will then issue a warning to the bidder in default. Once 3 of these warnings are received the bidder can face temporary suspension or permanent banning from the Xchange site.

However, if the bidder in default does pay after a complaint is filed, it is important that you notify our disputes team for us to cancel the warning/s.
