If the reserve has been met, the committed points, of the highest bidder, transfer automatically into your account. You are responsible to take all courtesy steps to ensure good relations with the buyer. Prompt communication between buyer and seller is highly recommended, usually within 3 days of the transaction's close date. In the case of no successful bids, or should something go wrong with the highest bidder, please refer to the tools and mechanisms available for solving such problems or re-listing an item for exchange later in these FAQS.
