QuestionIcon Question: Hi, I just registered and I have found something I would like to grab. I was wondering do I earn the points by placing an add? or do I need to place the add and wait until someone "grabs" the item and the transaction is complete before I earn the points?
and then I can "grab" the item I am interested in.
AnswerIcon Answer: Generally, the way to earn more points is to list your own items of clothing for someone to grab...then, once grabbed, the points that another member has grabbed it for will get transferred into your points balance. So in this case no you don't get points automatically when you list an items...

HOWEVER...AS A SPECIAL we are offering that if you do list 5 items in your first 2 weeks of registering for the trial membership then you will get granted an extra 20 points to boost your balance initially without having to wait for someone to grab the items.

QuestionIcon Question: Who pays for shipping the item to me?
AnswerIcon Answer: The successful 'Grabber' is responsible for all postage and shipping costs. The postage and shipping methods and payment are determined by the Xchanger (seller) prior to the posting of the item for exchange. Be sure to confirm the shipping details and cost before you bid on an item. When you Grab an item, you are legally bound to follow through with the purchase, and this includes paying for the shipping.
